個人簡歷
從事光電技術研究發展工作二十餘年。曾在國外著名公司工作近10年。專長為光學影像擷取與處理系統研發與設計,曾開發空中遙感探測儀,衛星星象導航儀,哈伯太空望遠鏡導航設計(國外)等;國內為數位相機,數位攝錄影機,光學掃瞄器,並予以商品化,LED製程,LED全彩顯示屏幕。後期從事數位色彩處理及工程應用,LCD影像品質及檢測技術等研究,以及生醫光電計畫規劃等。2007年擔任經濟部技術處專任科技顧問,從事科技政策擬定;產業技術發展藍圖制定;科技計畫規劃、審查及管考等工作。
