研究計畫





A. 政府機構合作計畫

計劃主持人: 整合型計劃「CMOS Photonics and Advanced Interconnect
Technologies」,五年五百億發展頂尖研究。計劃目標是結合CMOS技術、矽設計和奈米製程,利用波導光學技術,整合光電元件和電子電路於單一矽晶片,以開發未來在次世代電腦高速兆元的的關鍵性光連接技術。(2006/8/1-
2009/7/31;總計劃經費: 1,800萬)






B. 國科會計畫 (NSC)

計劃主持人: 國科會先導型產學合作計劃「矽光子及微晶片技術應用於光連結系統」(2008/8/1-2011/7/31;總計劃經費: 2,400萬)
